Neiu Library learns 2.0

Hi Library people at NEIU. I'm late with this, but I will try to catch up. I think we'll all make it. I can remember the brown bag lunches we had over email and listserves. We've come a long way I think. This approach (2.0) is, while more sophisticated, just as easy. I'll write more later...DC
